“This project felt especially meaningful for me to work on, as it explores both the challenges of motherhood and the resilience that grows from them.
As a mother, I know how easily our own time can slip away. Yet, making even a small space for movement is essential; it is a way to maintain the strength and balance we need to keep moving forward. In doing so, we’re not only caring for ourselves, but also showing up more fully for the people we love. Every motherhood journey is unique, but there is a shared strength in the way mothers carry multiple roles. Even the smallest moments set aside for movement can help mothers reconnect with themselves, creating space for balance and a deeper sense of well-being.
